By messaging Arasu365 on WhatsApp or visiting arasu365.in, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Arasu365 is a TNPSC Group 4 exam preparation service delivered entirely via WhatsApp. It provides daily study topics, practice questions, previous year questions, mock tests, AI-powered answer explanations, weekly current affairs, and syllabus Q&A — based on the official TNPSC Group 4 syllabus (Samacheer Std 6–10).

Arasu365 is an independent preparation aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) or any government body.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using Arasu365, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your WhatsApp phone number is your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your number. Do not share your WhatsApp account with others for use of this service.

You agree not to:

• –Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• –Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the WhatsApp bot.
• –Share, resell, or redistribute mock test links or question content.
• –Abuse the referral system to obtain credits fraudulently.
• –Send spam, abusive, or harmful messages to the WhatsApp number.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase for Premium plans, provided you have not used more than 10 questions after upgrading. Credit top-ups (₹19 / ₹49) are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed.

To request a refund, email hello@arasu365.in with your registered WhatsApp number and Razorpay payment ID within 24 hours of purchase.

All content on arasu365.in and delivered through the WhatsApp service — including question banks, explanations, study plans, and current affairs digests — is owned by or licensed to Arasu365. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

Samacheer Kalvi textbook content referenced in the service is the property of the Tamil Nadu Government. Our use is for educational preparation purposes only.

We make every effort to ensure questions, answers, and explanations are accurate and aligned with the TNPSC Group 4 syllabus. However, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or that it will result in exam success. AI-generated explanations are provided for learning purposes and should be verified against official sources where necessary.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on WhatsApp Business API and third-party providers (Razorpay, Anthropic, Voyage AI). Downtime caused by these providers is outside our control. We will not issue refunds or credit extensions for brief service interruptions.

Arasu365 is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including failure to clear an examination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via WhatsApp of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
